Therefore as risk reduction, there is a dire need to start young and work towards healthy ageing through disciplined lifestyle. Early diagnosis followed by immediate therapeutic intervention is the key to defer progress of the disease. For which, this book gives enough practice to retain or better cognition allowing rejuvenation of the mind.
